Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ez-peptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ez-peptides.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, products with broken seals, and orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return or cancellation.

Processing Time

Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
